Right of withdrawal
14 days
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period runs from the day on which you, or a third party you name other than the carrier, receive the painting.
To withdraw, send a completed withdrawal form or another unequivocal written statement to liene.esenvalde@gmail.com before the period ends, quoting the order number.
Returning the painting
No later than 14 days after sending your notice, send the painting back or hand it over in person at the studio, Cepļa iela 22B, Riga, LV-1004. It can be returned by courier or through a parcel locker; the buyer pays the direct cost of returning it.
Please pack the painting carefully and securely so that it is not damaged in transit. The buyer is liable for any reduction in its value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to examine it and establish its characteristics.
Refund
No later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice, we refund all payments received, including the original delivery cost if there was one, using the same means of payment unless we agree otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the painting back or you have supplied evidence of having sent it, whichever is earlier.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to paintings made to the buyer's specifications or clearly personalised (Regulation No. 255, point 22.3). This covers commissions and works with a personalised poem, which we state before purchase.
